Basement: Nearly finished old barnwood rec room, laundry room, storage/workshop,
utility area, pumproom/well.
First floor: 27x18 living room, 15x14 dining room, den, table-space
kitchen with pantry, slate floor back foyer and closet, slate floor front foyer and walk-in-closet. Powder room,
Second floor: four bedrooms, two baths, two closets in master (one
is large walk-in), two linen closets.
Third floor: Two more beautiful bedrooms, fully finished --heated
and air conditioned.
Walls are plaster. Floors are mostly carpet-covered hardwood. Heat pump high-efficiency
central air and heat, with oil backup.
Kitchen appliances included are two years old: range with
auto oven control and warming drawer, 26 cu ft side by side refrigerator with ice and water, over the range microwave/hood,
dishwasher, disposer. Well water is good, and plentiful, but for ultra-purification we have installed a reverse osmosis system
for refrigerator and sink faucet.
